• Shipment data you enter (recipient name, phone, country, etc.) to fulfill requests.
• Limited technical security data (such as request IP) to reduce fraud and abuse.

• To enable secure login (one-time Token + Device Cookie).
• To operate shipments, display them, and enable tracking based on permissions.
• For security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

3) Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only when operationally necessary (e.g., a carrier/integration), and only to the minimum required.

4) Cookies

We use a cookie named opers_device to keep your login session secure. Deleting it will log you out.

5) Retention period

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet operational/legal requirements when applicable.
